Condo Plat
Description: A condominium is a type of ownership that is based on a condominium declaration and condominium plat, both of which are recorded at the register of deeds office. Condo plats are reviewed by the City to ensure compliance with the land division regulations. 

Decision-maker(s): Plan Commission makes a recommendation and the Common Council makes the final decision

Application fee: $875

Submital deadline: 4 weeks prior to the Plan Commission meeting (normally held the second and fourth Tuesday of each month)

Forms: All application forms are posted on the City's website (Licenses & Permits).
